Callas Awarded Multiple Projects at St. James School May 25, 2017

Callas Contractors has been awarded the contract for construction management of two projects at Saint James School in Hagerstown, MD that will include new construction of the  22,000 square foot Pohanka Fine Arts Building and the 29,700 square foot addition/expansion to the Alumni Hall Gym. Scott Bowen of MSB Architects is the lead designer for these buildings.  The Pohanka Fine Arts Building will include a  recital hall (stone building), gallery/student commons, new classrooms and studios that will be used for music, ceramics, fine art painting and a media area for digital arts such as graphic design. New Sheriff's Station in Ashburn, VA August 30, 2016

Callas Contractors has begun construction of the 18,450 square foot Ashburn Sheriff’s station in Loudon County, Virginia.  The new facility is located in a growing community just north of Dulles Airport and will serve the Ashburn community. Architect Ken Cahoon with Samaha Architects designed the building with sloped a roof for the purpose of avoiding rain water issues that become troublesome on many buildings with flat roofs. Leadership Week in San Diego, California January 12, 2016

Associated Builders and Contractors held their annual Leadership Week from November 8-12 at the Sheraton Marina Hotel  in sunny and warm San Diego, California. NEW BESTER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL August 30, 2012

Callas Contractors, Inc. has been awarded a $1,035,300.00 contract by the Board of Education of Washington County for construction of the new Bester Elementary School General Trades Package.  The new school will be located at 30 East Memorial Blvd. in Hagerstown, Maryland. CALLAS CONTRACTORS, INC. AWARDED THE HAGERSTOWN REGIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL RENOVATIONS PROJECT June 21, 2012

Callas Contractors, Inc. has been awarded a contract by the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County for the Hagerstown Regional Airport Terminal Renovations.  The project includes interior renovations to approximately 625 SF to increase the size of the existing hold room and an additional 1,425 SF for the installation of a baggage conveying system.  The project will begin on June 25, 2012 and is scheduled for completion in late December.  The architect for the project is Bushey Feight Morin Architects of Hagerstown, Maryland. CALLAS CONTRACTORS, INC. AWARDED THE HOSPICE OF THE PANHANDLE PROJECT May 23, 2012

Callas Contractors, Inc. has been awarded a $3,120,400.00 contract by Hospice of the Panhandle, Inc. for construction of the new Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility. The project is a new, one-story Inpatient Facility with approx. 22,000 sf of floor space comprised of a light-gauge metal stud framing.  The Architect for the project is Robert T.
