Leadership Week in San Diego, California

Associated Builders and Contractors held their annual Leadership Week from November 8-12 at the Sheraton Marina Hotel  in sunny and warm San Diego, California. The five day event held various conferences such as ABC Leadership Institute for ABC chapter leaders and future chapter leaders, peer group conference, a career fair, legal conference offering opportunity to advance legal knowledge and share ideas with peers from across the country,  a construction management competition for college students from various American universities and the Young Professionals Group Leadership Development track for educating all young professionals with communication skills, team building and inspiring innovation. There was a generous attendance with ABC members from all over the United States. Many of our local Cumberland Valley Chapter members managed to clear their workweek as best they could to make an appearance. Most attendees will surely make the same trip next year.
